Closing of underwritten public offering of common stock, net proceeds of ~$25.1M
Registration of monomers, confirming purity entitling Loop to manufacture/import monomers into Europe.
Obtained No Objection Letter from the FDA indicating Loop PET is of a purity suitable for food contact use.
